Does card data ever touch Kyrvec's servers?
No. Card entry happens in your payment processor's own secure fields. Kyrvec stores only the transaction result and a payment token — never card numbers.
Do you support private, members-only ranges as well as public walk-in ranges?
Yes. Kyrvec configures independently for members-only, public walk-in, or mixed operations — the same platform, different settings.
Can a law enforcement or military agency get its own contract?
Yes. Agencies get their own roster, block bookings, and invoicing, separate from individual memberships.
Is safety and compliance tracking included, or an add-on?
It's included starting on the Professional tier — incident tracking, OSHA recordkeeping, and compliance exports, not sold separately.
Is there a limit on staff accounts?
